    Tell us the gift quantity, sizes, occasion, budget and required date. Include any brand colours or presentation ideas.

  2. Agree a proposal

    We’ll confirm the scope, finish, price, timing and handover arrangements. Any sample or design approval is agreed before production.

  3. Prepare for handover

    Once your gifts and materials are ready, Fafa brings the collection together with care. Collection or delivery follows the agreed schedule.

Can you wrap gifts we have already purchased?

Yes. The service is for wrapping and presenting gifts supplied by your business. Share the quantities and dimensions so we can plan materials, timing and handover.

Is there a minimum order?

Enquire with your approximate quantity. We’ll confirm the scope and any minimum commission value as part of your tailored proposal.

Can you use our colours or branding?

Tell us your preferred colours and any branded details you would like. Feasibility, material availability, artwork requirements and lead times are agreed in advance.

How are corporate orders priced?

Pricing reflects gift sizes, quantity, materials, presentation details and time required. Your proposal sets out what is included, with delivery and any additional services confirmed separately.

Can you meet our Christmas deadline?

Include your required date in the first enquiry. We’ll confirm a workable production and handover schedule before a booking is agreed. Bespoke materials may need additional lead time.
